We are honored you are considering Freedom Christian Academy. Our admissions process is designed to ensure alignment between school, student, and family as we partner together in Christ-centered education and intentional discipleship.
Below you will find the admissions process for each of our programs.

K3–6th Grade Admissions Process
Step 1: Submit an Application
Families must complete and submit an application packet for the upcoming school year. Application packets are available for download online or by contacting the school office.

Step 2: Application Review
Each application is prayerfully reviewed to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and expectations of Freedom Christian Academy.
Step 3: Acceptance & Enrollment Appointment
Upon acceptance, families will be issued an enrollment packet, then once the enrollment packet is complete and all documents are ready, families will need to schedule an appointment. Enrollment meetings are conducted by appointment only to ensure adequate time and attention is given to each family. Enrollment is finalized once all required paperwork and fees have been completed.

Pathway Program (7th–12th Grade) Admissions Process
The Pathway Program is designed for students who are prepared to take initiative in their learning while remaining under structured academic and spiritual oversight.
Step 1: Submit an Application
Families must complete and submit a Pathway Program application packet.

Step 2: Pastoral Recommendation
A completed Pastoral Recommendation Form must be submitted directly to the school office by the student’s pastor or church leader.
Step 3: Academic & Administrative Review
Academic records and application materials will be reviewed to ensure the student is prepared for the structure and expectations of the program.
Step 4: Acceptance & Enrollment Appointment
Upon acceptance, families will receive an enrollment packet and will schedule an enrollment meeting by appointment only.
Enrollment packets are not available online and are issued following acceptance into the program.

Mother’s Day Out (Ages 3 months–2 years)
Our Mother’s Day Out program operates as a ministry to families in our community, offering faith-based care in a nurturing environment.
We accept children on a first come first serve basis. You must complete speak with our school principal and pay the registration fee. The registration fee is non-refundable, unless space is not available.
Step 1: Visit Our Campus (Optional)
We invite families to schedule a tour a tour of our campus if they would like to see the MDO environment and learn more about our program. Tours are optional and not required for enrollment.

Step 2: Submit Registration Form & Registration Fee
Families interested in enrolling in MDO may fill out the registration form and bring it to FCA Mother’s Day Out along with your payment. Enrollment is confirmed based on availability.

• Admission is not guaranteed and is contingent upon review and alignment with school expectations.
• Enrollment is finalized only after all required documentation and fees are completed.
